SPURS – A NEW BIG FOUR

Tottenham secured their place in the Champions League for the first-time ever next season. It’s Harry Redknapp who guide them in the history books after Wednesday’s 1-0 win over another fourth place contender, Manchester City. That result was enough to guarantee them fourth spot in the Premier League at least and must go through a qualifying round to reach the group stages. However, Redknapp side can still leap-frog the Gunners in third place tomorrow if they win at already relegated Burnley and Arsenal lose at home to Europa League finalist Fulham. It is a remarkable achievement for Redknapp, who has saved Tottenham a season before, and transformed them into a new big four along with Chelsea, Man United and Arsenal.
Let’s hope Spurs can reach the group stages of CL next season and continue their fantastic job to become a ‘traditional’ big four!
